Anja Ludewig Awarded "Creative Scholarship"
Anja Ludewig, longtime participant and collaborator of The Rich Coast Project, was awarded a “Beca Creativa” from the Costa Rican Ministry of Culture and Youth. This artistic grant will allow Anja to pursue an audio project documenting local residents’ experiences in the time of COVID-19.
Working closely with The Rich Coast Project, Anja will collect audio interviews to help shine a light on the many ways the global economic slowdown has impacted lives and livelihoods in the South Caribbean, while also exploring a variety of underlying social, economic and cultural issues.
